Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that helps access and process trauma, stress, and emotional experiences stored in the nervous system.
By using specific eye positions, we locate where these experiences are held in the brain, allowing your system to process and release them at a deeper level than traditional talk therapy.
Many therapies focus on thinking, analyzing, or talking through challenges.
Brainspotting works with the deeper parts of the brain and nervous system — the areas connected to fight, flight, or freeze — where anxiety, unresolved stress, and trauma are often held.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, it doesn’t require you to explain or relive everything verbally. The brain and body are able to process naturally, often with much less talking and more direct healing.
